Megan Dufour joined Sherwood Law Group in 2015 and currently serves as the firm’s Director of Operations. She oversees daily operations including human resources, accounting, and administrative functions, working closely with the firm’s partners, attorneys, and support staff to ensure seamless performance and top-tier support. Megan is a certified Legal Management Specialist and an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She holds degrees in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Outside of work, Megan enjoys cheering for the White Sox, spending time with loved ones, and exploring the city with her dog, Blue.
