Miles A. Pecken joined Sherwood Law Group in November 2023 as part of the Personal Injury Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on personal injury law, handling cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, bicycle crashes, premises liability, slip and falls, animal bites, and construction negligence. Miles began his legal career representing insurance companies in personal injury defense, gaining valuable courtroom experience and case management skills. With a unique perspective from both sides of litigation, he now advocates for individuals injured due to negligence. Miles earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Ohio Wesleyan University and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he graduated early while clerking for personal injury firms throughout law school.
