Settlement for a seventy (70) year old Plaintiff who had two (2) separate incidents involving a slip, trip, and fall on ice in a condominium common area as a result of water/ice and a third-party employee’s negligent act(s). He suffered rupturing of his quadricep tendons necessitating bilateral repair. Liability disputed by all Defendants.
