Aaron Macchietto joined Sherwood Law Group as an Associate Attorney in May of 2022. Aaron represents clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, third party work incidents, premises liability, slip and fall injuries, and animal bite cases. Aaron believes in aggressively litigating cases to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients. Prior to joining Sherwood Law Group, Aaron represented entities in complex civil litigation matters. In law school, Aaron worked for multiple plaintiffs’ law firms, and was involved in cases including motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises liability, slip and fall injuries, animal bite cases, medical malpractice cases, and cases involving constitutional deprivations by government entities.
Aaron graduated from Loyola University Chicago in 2017, earning a degree in Political Science. He went on to obtain his law degree from University of Nebraska College of Law in May 2020. Aaron participated in the University of Nebraska’s “Criminal Clinic.” At the Clinic, he worked for the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office as a senior certified law student, gaining considerable courtroom experience. Additionally, Aaron excelled in his trial practice class and pre-trial litigation class while in law school.

Professional Associations and Memberships
- $190,000.00 settlement for a forty-three (43) year old delivery truck driver who slipped, tripped, and fell in the loading/docking area of a store and suffered soft-tissue injuries to his shoulder, neck, and back that included injections to L2-3. Both liability and causation of injury were disputed by the Defendants.
- $100,000.00 settlement for a fifty-five (55) year old Plaintiff that suffered food poisoning and an anaphylactic reaction after instructing employees of a restaurant of her allergy and medical condition and consuming her dinner. Both liability and causation were disputed by the Defendant.
